Tavuklu Pilav (Chicken Rice) Recipe: How to Make Chicken Rice?

Chicken broth with butter prepared with hot chicken broth and chopped chicken meat is a classic.
Chicken-rice duo is a taste that people of all ages enjoy. The main ingredients of chicken pilaf with chicken broth, chicken meat and rice can be boiled, bay leaves and black pepper can be added. Chicken rice is one of the dishes that can be consumed every meal and suits every menu.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 breasted chicken breast
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups of hot chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground grain pepper

Preparation:

Place the bony chicken breast, washed in plenty of water, in a deep saucepan. Since we will use the boiled water of the chicken in the production of rice; boil the chicken breast, which you add enough water to pass over, over medium heat until soft. Separate the skin and bone from the boiled chicken breast before you start making rice. Dissolve the chopped chicken meat into long thin pieces. Continue to boil chicken broth over low heat.
Wash the extracted rice under cold water until clear water appears. Soak the water in the strainer to drain. Heat the sunflower oil and butter in a large pan of rice. Cook the rice in the saucepan with the lid closed and on low heat for 10 minutes. Lay half of the roasted chicken meat on the rice. After closing the lid, cook the rice for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Blend the pilaf, which is finished for cooking and waiting for brewing with the lid closed, with chicken meat. Share with your loved ones by serving the remaining chickens and freshly ground grain pepper.

Some Tips
Instead of boiling chicken breasts, you can boil a medium-sized chicken and use chicken broth and sliced chicken to make rice. You can add carrots, bay leaves and black pepper to boiled water. Uncooked raw almonds and boiled chickpeas can make room for rice. You can blend sliced chicken meat with rice or just serve with it.
