Preparation:
After you have cleaned the purslane trail well, cut it again into small pieces. Mix lemon juice, salt, oil and garlic in a bowl. You can make more lemon to your liking. Pour your sauce over purslane.
With yogurt: First clean the purslane thoroughly. Then cut into small pieces. Mix yogurt, salt and garlic in a bowl and pour over purslane and mix well. You can pour olive oil on it if you want.
