Preparation:
Mix flour, eggs, salt and oil in a bowl. Add water slowly and knead. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.Then take the dough on a floured and smooth surface, knead it and open it with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into squares. Add cheddar cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. Apply water to the edges with a brush and close them. Secure the forks by pressing a fork. Fry both sides in plenty of hot oil.
