Sebzeli pilav (Rice with vegetables): Rice, which is one of the most popular flavors in Marmara Region, as in all of Anatolia, is in your table with vegetables this time.

Pazılı kuzu kapama (Lamb with the Chard): Peel the garlic and cut in half and sprinkle on the meat. Add some salt to the water and mix and add to the tray. Cook for 45 minutes with the lid closed. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal.

Ciğer sarma (Liver wrap): Wash the sheep’s shirt thoroughly and leave in a glass of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the shirt from the strainer and save the water for later use. Peel off the membrane of the liver.

Fırında Palamut, (Bonito Fish): Chop the onion and rub with a little salt. Chop the tomatoes and peppers and chop the parsley. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and blend all ingredients in a bowl.
