  • 1 whole wheat bread (round)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion (chopped for cooking)
  • 400 grams of beef
  • 2 carrots (diced)
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sage


Fry the oil and onion in a saucepan until they turn pink. Then add the diced meat and fry until the water is released. Add carrots and peas and fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, fennel, anise, water, and chopped tomatoes and cook over medium heat until watery. Cut the round wholemeal bread into a lid and take the bread in. Pour the juicy mixture into the bread and place it on a baking sheet with baking paper. Heat the butter in a small pan and fry with sage. Cover the bread that you placed on the baking sheet and spread the sage butter on it. After cooking with your friends in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes, enjoy it.
