Burma Borek Pastry

From the dough ingredients a soft dough is made, which is fermented in a warm environment for half an hour. The fermented dough is divided into 6 pieces of cloth and the grenade opened very thinly. The opened dough is smeared with a mixture of melted butter and oil. Distribute the cheese inside and cut the dough into the middle. INGREDIENTS
For the dough

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 1 tea cup of milk
  • 1 pack wet yeast
  • 1 tea eyebrow sugar, 1 sweet eyebrow salt
  • 4-4,5 cups of flour

For interior mortar

  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • 1 spoon of yogurt
  • 3 spoons of butter
  • Some oil

Preparation:
First we mix the warm milk, the sugar and the yeast and prepare the dough with other ingredients and let it ferment for about half an hour. After fermentation we divide the dough into 5 equal parts. We open each cloth as thinly as possible with a roll and then a rolling pin and smear the whole cloth with a butter-oil mixture and distribute the mortar with the help of a spoon on one end of the cloth and wrap it in a non-dense way. Starting from the middle of the greased tray, we place it around. We apply the same process to all glands and stop them. (You can use the desired mortar).
Put the egg yoghurt mixture on the pastry and bake in a 170 degree oven until golden brown. Good Appetite.
