- 1 kg. extracted, fillet anchovy fish
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1, 5 cups Baldo rice
- 2 tablespoons of currants
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Cut 1 medium-sized onion into small cubes. Heat 1/2 a tea glass of sunflower oil in a pan. Add the onions that you chop and fry until they get color. With roasted onions; Add 2 tablespoons of raisins, 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of allspice, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of the ground red pepper and sauté on a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of hot water and continue cooking until it dries. 1 kilogram extracted, fillet of anchovy fillet and drain excess water. Arrange the anchovies from the edges with their shiny parts on the bottom of your dishes. Be careful not to overlap the anchovies that you have lined up side by side, and arrange the ends so that they cover the perimeter of the oven pan. Cover the remaining part with anchovies so that there is no gap. Spread the whole pilaf on the anchovies. Cover the bottom of the dishes and leave the tail parts up to one centimeter above and cover the anchovies with the help of a knife. Sort the remaining anchovies by putting them together without a gap on the rice. Lubricate the anchovy pilaf with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil so that it does not dry out and easily come out of the container without spreading. Bake in the preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. At the request; Serve after slicing.
